Who We Are

Tower Square Consulting was founded by Bryan J. Rose to help clients navigate the complex issues that arise at the intersection of law and technology. Prior to founding Tower Square Consulting, Mr. Rose worked for over 16 years at Stroz Friedberg, a leading digital forensic and incident response firm, where he worked on and managed hundreds of matters for clients like Facebook, Google, the United States Department of Justice, Cablevision, Uber, and the NFL.

Tower Square Consulting was established to help organizations mitigate the significant enterprise risk created by the handling and use of electronic data and data sources.  When electronic data and data sources are handled and used properly, it mitigates enterprise risk and creates significant tactical advantages. Conversely, the mishandling of electronic data and data sources, which is all too common, creates significant risk and exposes organizations to potential data loss, sanctions, and other adverse consequences. Tower Square Consulting provides clients with a trusted partner when they are dealing with complex issues surrounding the handling and use of electronic data and data sources.

Tower Square Consulting is uniquely well-positioned to understand and assess the legal implications of technical issues. Prior to joining Stroz Friedberg, Mr. Rose practiced law for several years. He worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York and as an Assistant Attorney General in the State of Illinois. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel M. Flaum of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Rose graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Law Review.
